Example in good condition, missing case. Half cloth binding with title on the front plate bound in white silk: yellowing, dust and dirt stains on the plates; abrasions at the curved corners; faded spine; partial detachment from the upper cuff, without missing parts. Cut at the upper edge and peeling with small detachment of the silk covering at the upper corner of the front plate. Binding slightly loose between pages 80 and 81 and between pages 112 and 113. Endpapers with slight waviness. Burnished cuts with dust spots and minimal blooms; golden head cuts. Well-preserved cards: minimal browning and dirt stains, particularly at the outer corners. Slight ink stain and minimal cut at the bottom margin on pages 61-62. Two blooms on pages 76 and 77. The seventh plate, located between pages 106 and 107, is partially detached, with a pen mark on the lower margin. Minimal tear at the bottom margin on pages 149-150 and 197-198. Pencil signature of the illustrator on the colophon. Text in Italian language.
