Pair of neo-Renaissance hanging shelves in carved walnut, Italy, late 19th century. The two mirrored shelves depict a putto intent on holding up a bundle of plants, the latter being a support base for the shaped and podded top. The two putti also seem to emerge from a leaf cone ending in a curl.

Italy last quarter XVIII century

Pair of carved and gilded linden wood consoles decorated with a turned element on the lower band and grooves on the whole body. Sides with green lacquered reserve and decorated with phytomorphic motifs.

England, Late XIX Century

English made pendulum clock, in mahogany, the face features Roman numerals and is painted with a hunting scene and floral motifs; "Barnsley" mark present.

Pair of wooden vase holder bases, supported by moved uprights and connected by a crosspiece. Entirely lacquered and painted with curled frames to frame floral motifs and leaf festoons.

Antique walnut chest, Italy, early 18th century. Reinforced on the corners with sheet metal and equipped with double internal lock. Central lock missing. Restorations.

Italy Late XVII - Early XVIII Century

Baroque chest in walnut and walnut root slab, Italy late 17th - early 18th century. Frame under the top, front with pair of walnut root reserves, included within pilaster strips depicting caryatids; a large carved cartouche stands out in the centre. Lower section decorated with a rib-shaped Greek key and leafy elements. Minor restorations and replacements.

Lombardy, Last Quarter XVIII Century

Neoclassical vanity table, supported by truncated pyramid legs with brass details, on the front there are three drawers and two fake drawers; on the top there is a door that can be opened to hide the compartment and mirror, the latter having been replaced. Veneered in quadripartite walnut, it has olive wood borders and maple threads, fir interiors.

Florence, Early XX Century

Terracotta column made in Signa, Florence, early 20th century. Stem richly decorated with Renaissance-style elements including acanthus leaves, spirals and vine branches, from which vine leaves and bunches of grapes grow. Three frets complete the ornamental display. Manufacture mark on the base "Manifattura di Signa", "1472 C". The Manifattura di Signa is a historic terracotta ceramic workshop, created in 1895 by will of Camillo Bondi in the premises of the “Fornaci di Signa” factory owned by his brother Angelo. A distinctive feature of the manufacture was the taste for Renaissance shapes and decorations, recovered and re-proposed with high craftsmanship.

Italy, Late XIX Century

Neo-Renaissance chest from the end of the 19th century. The structure, which refers to the typology of Renaissance chests, is made of wood covered in painted iron sheet, decorated with embossed plant motifs of clear Art Nouveau taste. Traces of the original color are still visible in some places. The trunk is also externally reinforced with wooden slats, while internally it is covered with contemporary paper. Lock and zips on the front. Small defects in the sheet metal covering.

19th Century / 1801 - 1900

Travel trunk in wood covered with iron foil straps fixed with studs. The metal bands are adorned with a decoration of plant racemes with flowers, made with a burin. The reserves between the metal foils are covered in velvet, now abraded adorned with a quadrangular motif with foil.
