Description
First edition of this collection of essays and articles that bears witness to the fiery post-war climate. The Futurist movement takes sides in the political struggle of the time (the first chapter of the book is significantly entitled An artistic movement creates a political party) and Marinetti dedicates "this first work of Futurist politics to the Futurist Political Fasci of Milan, Rome, Florence, Ferrara, Taranto, Perugia, etc. and to the Arditi Association”. In fact, the Futurists will join the nascent Fasci di Combattimento party already in the gathering in Piazza San Sepolcro on 23 March 1919
